BIO-ODOREX
TGT’s bacterial program for odor elimination, waste system cleaning, and waste solids degradation.
BIO-ODOREX enhances the natural process of recycling organic waste, by digesting compounds that are difficult to degrade and dissolving them to their most basic element. It is a two (2) part product assembled at the time of use and diluted with de-chlorinated water. Sprayed on your floor the bacteria will not be diluted in the wash down process and will actually multiply at a very high rate and make it into the grates, slats, drains and tanks breaking down solids and eliminating odors throughout your waste system.
It has zero negative effects on your livestock and if consumed the beneficial bacteria will actually assist your livestock in healthy digestion and intestinal tract.
BIO-ODOREX has excellent results in the elimination of odors, such as the bio-degradation of the organic material generated in the livestock & pig industries. Results are achieved in minutes after application. These adult bacteria in the vegetative state, awaken on contact with water and oxygen, and are capable of reproducing and adapting themselves to different conditions. They contain aerobic and anaerobic bacteria which are capable of adapting to highly acrid conditions and to a wide range of temperatures.
PART 1 is a bacterial product, formed by a consortium of beneficial bacteria along with calcium carbonate and mono-basic ammonium phosphate.
(Pseudomonas sp.), Specifically developed to consume organic or inorganic nitrates, such as phenols, high concentrations of ammonia in farms, and is used in the remediation of red water resulting from slaughterhouse odors generated by animals and slurry ponds.
Part 1 can also be used as an inhibitor for the treatment of wastewater, since in its composition we find non-pathogenic, mutagenic microbial strains, naturally isolated especially for exceptional performance in the elimination of a wide range of recalcitrant compounds.
Part 1 must be kept refrigerated until used. The product must be activated with dechlorinated water (12) twelve hours before its application. Do not allow more than 16 hours after activation.
Part 1 contains 600 Billion cfus of strains per 6 grams.
Anaerobic and aerobic bacteria,
Pseudomonas. Calcium carbonate (70 to 90%)
Monobasic Ammonium Phosphate (13 to 35%)
PART 2 – NPN 50
NPN 50 contains multiple Bacillus and Pseudomonas strains at 50 billion/gram
Bacterial metabolism with aerobic and anaerobic growth, environmentally safe formulation containing non-pathogenic bacteria
Application:
One full dose consists of 20 grams of NPN 50 & 6 grams of Part 1.
Combine one dose of each: (20 grams of NPN 50 & 6 grams of Part 1) into one gallon of dechlorinated water. Add four (4) more gallons of water to this concentrate and spray liberally in and around area wherever excrement & urine were deposited. This is applied twice each monthly period during the 3-month growing cycle. 1st application at the start of growing cycle with 2nd application at mid month. Six total applications during the 3-month growing cycle for swine. Twice a month for other livestock.
Industry: It is recommended that it be applied from the inside of the processing plant, at the level of drainage chambers and pits, with the aim of treating all the slurry systems, drains, eliminating grease deposits, possible obstructions, and eliminating odors.
Farms:
It is advisable to apply within the fattening or processing rooms, thus reducing harmful gas emissions to the animals, directly affecting the producer’s benefit (less expense in respiratory diseases, better condition of animals, efficiency in the conversion rate, and higher quality of its products). Also reduces purine handling rates by digesting residues (fiber, cellulose, bedding, proteins, fats and organic matter in general). It improves purine qualities as a fertilizer, since it eliminates Nitrogen (ammonium NH4 and ammonia NH3), solubilizes phosphorus, lowers the concentration of heavy metals, and displaces pathogens by competition (food). It homogenizes the purine and it fluidizes it facilitating the pumping and the application in the field. Buffering the increase in pH causing the effect of abrasion on crops. It significantly reduces the population of Diptera (flies), improving the quality of life of the animals, generating savings in the use of insecticides and improving conversion efficiency (feed / meat or milk) of the animals since they do not have to spend energy in scaring the flies, (tail movements, scraping).
Reduction of Costs:
- Eliminates bad odors and decreases to values according to standard COD, 080. Saves on fines and environmental problems).
- Less costs for machinery and labor, homogenization and fluidization of the purine.
- Less costs on insects and ventilation (fly control).
- Treatment of respiratory infections (non-emission of toxic gases).
- Improves the quality of Purine as biofertilizer (decreases ammonia, increases available P).
- Decreases volume and concentration of purine Nitrogen. (fewer hectares required).
Pig Farms:
The intensification of pig production has led to a high and significant production of purine in bounded areas, since high animal loads are centralized in small areas. This leads to the identification of the maximum capacity according to the Nitrogen pressure index at 170 kg N / Ha. Conventional agriculture in these areas is not capable of assuming the amount of purine generated, which leads to high costs, and low operating yields for their use and recording problems of contamination from excess Nitrogen, eutrophication of aquifers, water contamination for agricultural (irrigation, drinking) and urban (domestic) water supply.
Trial
Group lndustria Comunidad Valenciana 2016/2017
After having carried out the treatment with our products and continued use, they have obtained excellent results. Achieving reductions between 85-98% COD, keeping the conductivity stable below the maximum allowed. The bad odors essentially disappearing.

Pond Installation Requirements:
Since there are bacteria in our bacterial consortium, it is necessary to have an aeration system in the pond. They require an oxygen concentration of 1.5 to 2 mg / l (minimal aeration but well distributed if necessary).
Purification of soils contaminated by purine
The application of MS to contaminated soils, decreases the high concentrations of phosphorus, Nitrogen, heavy metals and contaminants in the soil. In this case it must be sprayed on the contaminated zone and every 15 days the earth is plowed (Land farming) and repeats the spraying depending on the contamination grading with a soil analysis.
