Introducing Seed MAXX
- Seed MAXX is a unique formulation for biological seed care comprising of a consortia of bacteria that incorporates a variety of different organisms. These organisms work together to stimulate uniform germination, and suppress seed borne fungal diseases.
- Seed MAXX can be used as a seed dressing agent on seeds before sowing.
- Seed MAXX imparts stress resistance to plants to withstand biotic and abiotic stresses. It also induces profuse rooting and development right from the early stages of crops.

Mode of Action
- Seed MAXX contains microbes which fix nitrogen, solubilize Phosphorus and silica, and mobilize Potassium, which are essential nutrients for crop development.
- Bio stimulants act as further catalysts that stimulate rooting and fungistatic cultures which protect the young seed/seedling from pathogen attack.
- The microbial cultures in Seed MAXX multiply along the root, and around the roots as they grow.
- Plant Growth Promoting Rhizosphere (PGPR) microbes in Seed MAXX assist in better root and shoot growth.
Method of Application:
- Seed MAXX needs to be made into a liquid. Combine 5 grams of Seed MAXX to 1L of water. Shake well before decanting the liquid from the container.
- Used at 20 mL per kilo of seeds
- Place seeds in a seed bin and pour Seed MAXX on seeds and close the bin. Rotate the bin for uniform dressing of seeds.
- Seed MAXX forms a thin coating on seeds.
- Cereals, Millets, Pulses, and Oil Seeds: 100 mL for quantum of seeds used per Hectare
Target Use:
- Seed MAXX is used as a seed inoculant. It assists in uniform germination and profuse root development. Also results in greater drought tolerance and reduces pathogen pressures from fungal diseases.
Crops:
- Seed MAXX is suitable for dressing seeds on any crop or plant. Examples: cereals, millets, pulses, oilseeds, fiber crops, sugar crops, and forage crops, cassava, all vegetables and fruits, flowers and horticultural plants.
Compatibility:
- Seed MAXX can be used for dressing commercial seeds, but is not compatible with pesticides in the seed dressing process. When introduced with pesticides, they will kill the organisms used to inoculate the seed
Caution:
- Do not expose treated seeds to sunlight and humidity. Keep treated seeds in cool dark storage. Use treated seeds within 24-48 hours.
- Do not use treated seeds for human/animal consumption. Wash the Seed bin and containers and apply excess water to agricultural fields.
Shelf Life:
Seed MAXX is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacturing if unopened.
Composition:
- Nitrogen Fixing Bacteria : 2%
- Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria : 2%
- Potash Mobilizing Bacteria : 2%
- Silica Solubilizing Bacteria : 2%
Cautions for handling and use of product:
- Avoid inhalation and skin contact while diluting, as there could be spillage/splashes of the product.
- Mixing – seed dressing equipment is to be thoroughly rinsed with water and detergent, before using the same equipment for use of other agricultural chemicals.
- Surplus product can disposed in agricultural fields.
- Do not eat/drink/smoke during application.
- Direct incidence of Seed MAXX may cause irritation, It is recommended that the operator should use protective gear: gloves, apron, mask, eye gear, and hood.
Symptoms and Antidotes:
Symptoms: Occasional symptoms include head ache and nausea.
Antidote: In the case of ingestion: symptomatic treatment is advised. In the case of contact with Eyes: Flush with water liberally for 20 minutes. In case of Skin contact, wash the affected area with plenty of water and soap.
